Assignment 7

This is lesson 9, Taking Layers to the Max from Digital Classroom book. Used adjustment layers to change colors and add designs to images selected.  The cityscape image also uses a Black & White adjustment layer, a gradient adjustment layer and a text layer with Outer Glow layer style.
